"I am 28, and have been acting in tv and film since I
was 16.  I was a regular in Casualty and also The Bill.
When I'm not acting I am a nanny and at the moment
I look after three girls aged one, two and seven. I am a
very active person and will have a go at pretty much
anything - jumping out of planes, flying trapeze, horse
riding and all sports.  So I new I would love the challenge of cycling to
Paris. The reason why I'm doing it for Breast Cancer Care is because both
my auntie and my boyfriend's mother have had breast cancer and its
such a great cause. The ride is going to be a bit of a family affair as my
sister, my cousin and my nephew are all taking part along with my
boyfriend and my good friends. Six words to describe myself: Fun, energetic,
